Hello all, relisted due to time waster. I am selling my 28 foot, 2 cabin, 6 berth yacht. I have owned her for 9 years and have been using her mostly as a live aboard when working up there. It has a fully equipped galley and a separate heads. There is hot and cold running water in the kitchen and the heads. There is also a shower that fits in the heads too. In the main cabin there are two pilot berths and a double bed. Through the companion way there is a hanging locker and onto the front cabin which can either be a very large double or two singles. The boat is carpeted throughout with no leaks whatsoever. She has a 2 GM Yanmar diesel engine in good running order. The large dinning area will seat 6 and the table also mounts in the large cockpit area which will seat well over 6 comfortably. There is standing headroom throughout and I am 6 feet tall. There is 240v and 12 volt electrics throughout with a cooker and oven. There is a VHF radio, bilge pump and carbon monoxide sensor. Comes with all sails rigging life jackets and fully equipped throughout. She is moored in Whitehaven marina. She is a good solid boat, she needs a lick of paint here and there. Perfect as a liveaboard.
