The Elizabethan was once named as one of their “used boats of the year” by Sailing Today magazine. Please be aware that while all of the above is correct and this is a lovely boat, the boat has recently had some accidental damage occurred to it, which is detailed below.
After a recent refit and launch, the boat sustained slight water damage due to an old repair around the bilge keel splitting (luckily this was caught in time) but did result in the engine being lifted out and checked over, there was no real damage to the engine, but unfortunately the starter motor was flooded. A temporary repair was carried out on the hull, which is still holding water tight, but will need properly repairing (no problem if you can fibre glass)!! Can be repaired in the yard where she is, or lifted free of charge onto transport. The mast is currently down.
