Outboard bracket on port side if transom. Fairleads and mooring cleats newly fitted 5/2020.Fully stripped under the waterline, underwater primer and antifouled 11/2019.Keel stripped to bare metal, epoxy coated, primed and antifouled 11/2019Mast down and rigging checked. Turnbuckles replaced with new 10/2019Most lines renewed 12/2019Interior insulated 02/2920New battery (110Ah) , solar panel (50 Watts), charge controller (USB X 2) and fuse panel fitted (USB X 2 and cigarette lighter socket plus 4 spare switches 02/2020. 1 is used for the auto bilge pump.Auto bilge pump (with float switch) fitted 03/2020.Navigation lights are all working but not connected. New tiller handle.She sails very well and has been well tested. She sails on and off the mooring and we often take her out without the use of an engine but this would be of benefit to some. She is presently in the water and has been since she was craned in (September 2019). Since then we have sailed her out of the Tamar regularly, and as you can see from the description we have upgraded quite a few bits on her. The addition of a battery and solar panel is very handy. We are selling her now due to buying a bigger boat and need our mooring to be vacant for that. We will consider sensible offers but do appreciate that we have spent quite a bit of time and money getting her up to scratch for the new owner.
