The boat is an Iroquois class built by Reg White in Brightlingsea.
There are recent sails, Main and Jib and Assymetric. Slab reefing on the main led aft to the cockpit. Simrad autopilot. Mast in tabernackle, Roller furler (plastimo) on the jib. Assymetric set up for cockpit handling, tack to a bow bridle block, clew to snubber winches aft. Dyneema halliards to clutches on the coachroof. CQR to 20 meters chain with warp extension, bow bridle. Garmin GPS with MNEA output in the chartroom, chart table, recent VHF with cockpit speaker. Aluminium centreboards, stbd pivot rebuilt, port in good order, 18 inch hull draft, lifting rudders. Full winter cover in 3 sections, cockpit awning for su/rain. Plastimo 8 ft hard boat in custom stainless davits, dodgers, MOCRA rating. Suzuki 4 stroke hand start 15 hp outboard 2005, 4 fuel tanks with interchangeable fittings. Stainless steel boarding ladder. Pressurised water with ball valves to wandering hose pick up as emergency bilge pump, salt water through hull seacock to sink, fridge 12v/240v but presently wired 240v only, recent 2 burner cooker, recent jabsco toilet in separate heads. Professionally rewired and lined,
120w solar panels, 240v plug in to breaker and internal sockets. 2 aft double cabins,
2 singles fwd, saloon table converts to double. A tube heater is in each hull and a dehumidifier in each hull. Fly eye on most windows except chartroom. Curtains.
