Jeanneau Attalia 32 Sailing Yacht. Gorgeous Comfortable Racing/cruising Yacht.

Thank you for looking at my listing for this lovely boat. I have owned this yacht for 4 years and have enjoyed some wonderful times sailing in the Solent area. Ummagumma is a well appointed comfortable yacht that will comfortably accommodate 6 in 2 double cabins plus side berths in saloon ( with lee cloths). An airy interior belies the age of this boat and all who come aboard remark how bright and modern the feel of this yacht is. When I purchased the boat I completed a full interior update, completely removing all but the fixed units. Complete bare wood refinishing of all of the interior teak which is now beautiful to behold. All windows replaced during refit along with new ceiling and side covering and all new cushions and covers. beautiful removable teak table that fits in cockpit area and padded custom seat cushions. The yacht is in use and can come fully equipped and has all the necessary equipment for cruising and so is ready to go. Equipment list;Good suit of sails plus spare set from different yacht but almost identical to originals….have just ordered new jib so will be supplied with the sale. Job is roller furled by pro-furl manual furling system main is slab reeling with 2 reeling points and lazy jacks with zip up sail cover. Good  asymmetric spinnaker with snuffer sleeve.Standing rigging replaced 2015 along with all running rigging, some just replaced this winter.Yanmar 2 cyl gm 2 13 hp raw water cooled…hours unknown but runs like a sewing machine with no smoke. Gearbox – sound,  to 2 blade fixed prop. Diesel tank is stainless and I believe to be approx 10-12 gal. Old but serviceable garmin gps. Log wind and depth instruments all working wind speed sensor replaced last year. Old but fully working vhf.Tender is 2.3m flex floor dinghy with removable thwart and 2.3 air cooled Honda, both nearly new and have very little use and in perfect working order.New cooker this year, has grill and separate oven with 2 hobs.Very good size cool box built into galley worktop with recently replaced 12v refrigeration unit.Hot water from 25L calorifier cylinder in rear locker ( only works from mains but well insulated so stays warm when not in marina) Plenty of mains electric points and mains hook up with 10a battery charger that will power all of the lights etc without depleting batteries….2 x 100a batteries 3 yrs old but still hold charge perfectly. Nearly all led lighting so very efficient.Sony stereo with cd and blue tooth connectivity.New jabsco manual sea toilet. Heads also has shower tap and auto bilge pump in floor so can be used as shower.Good size nav table with plentiful storage below, light above.V berth front cabin with infil to make double bed, can be used as 2 singles without and is more spacious and comfortable than it looks, plenty of storage under…. currently used for sails. wardrobe to stbd side and led lighting with spots. Storage on shelves to sides.Rear double cabin to port side with good size bed with full double width memo foam mattress. Good storage under and wardrobe with shelving to port. Led lighting and long storage shelf to side.Saloon is made up of two full length berths with lee cloths and large table that extends both sides giving ample dining space for up to 6. Lockers under and water storage (100l new bag tank to port ).large storage shelves to sides with concealed led lighting and small bar.I am sure that there is loads of info that I have missed but basically this is a well sorted yacht that is ready to sail and enjoy.The only thing that I would consider doing to the boat is to have the old layers of anti foul scraped off before new anti foul. and also to replace the prop shaft as there is slight wear at the cutlass bearing( noticed when this was replaced last year) I will be doing these jobs in July this year if the boat is not sold. I had a survey done 3 years ago with no significant findings. The hull has no osmosis and has an epoxy coating to underside below the water line. Gel coat polishes up lovely on hull and top sides. I am only selling as we are in the midlands and find it very difficult with work commmitments to utilise the boat efficiently so have decided to offer up for sale. I do not need and am not in a hurry to sell so please don’t waste yours and my time with silly offers. However, if you are looking for this class and size of yacht you will be hard pressed to find another in this condition.
