Here is drive link including some movies of the yacht and the survey I commissioned before buying January last year https://drive.proton.me/urls/2H3GN1V8CC#VpEwQHnyUqhx (You will see that the stern cabins are pretty full of stuff and I have taken the mattress covers off there to have them cleaned also. There are some pics from last year showing them empty)Built in 2000, I bought this boat in Jan 2023. First few months she sat on the hard as I was busy, then I sailed her to her new home (Portishead Marina) and she has sat there ever since and I have been living aboard. The intention was to head down to the Med this Spring with some of my children but family plans changed so I am looking at other options. There was a buyer’s survey (warts and all) from January 2023 which values her (rather generously?) at £80k if all, mostly cosmetic, issues addressed. The immediate recommendations were carried out before re-launch. She was newly antifouled (2 coats) had a complete engine service. Sails were overhauled by local sailmaker. There is complete set engine spares including alternator and starter motor, two impellers etc (as well as obvs all filters). All the usual gadgets… autopilot and the rest you would expect. A classic boat. She was the 4-cabin/2-heads version, but I have taken down the internal partitions for 4th cabin to create a large ‘owner’s cabin’ in the prow with plenty of storage space and ensuite heads. (This would make 6 berths – 3 doubles – rather than 8) You are getting a read of the buyers’ survey I commissioned if you wish, before you buy. Due to be out on the hard soon for a new antifoul and to start some other works: solar system, water maker, rigging inspection, some internal carpentry. The price mentioned is PRIOR to those works.Currently on a residential berth in the very pleasant Portishead marina and if you wanted to have a contract to do the same, it would cost something around £500pm-ish depending on their new season prices.Rather than messing around, unless you want just want to bid, come and see her! There is newly-installed diesel hot-air heating. Also advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to end the sale at any time. I have set up the ‘offers’ to automatically accept a certain offer
