This is our lovely and tidy Leisure 235 sailing boat with twin keels. She is Very stable and friendly to sail boat. And can be easily sailed single handily too. She has a main sail and jib. All in good condition. We have recently run in new halyard line and new rigging along with cleaned and serviced as much as possible. She has a 9.8hp four stroke Tohatsu outboard with power tilt and trim in very good condition and just serviced which has separate tank and spare fuel tank too. Various accessories come with the boat including a swim ladder, anchor and life rings and life jackets. The boat berths sleep 5 very well and so is a good boat for a family to take a trip across the channel to France being she is moored in Newhaven. Or just a day boat and to use as an overnighter for the weekend away and a bit of day sailing if you don’t live by her. There is a nice little galley kitchen and table to seat 4 in the main area too. Cabin lights and all nav lights work well. Comfortably sized cockpit area too. Teleflex steering and new steering wheel fitted to allow for full steering control of the outboard and not just rely on the rudder , which makes for good reverse steer control too. On board fixed VHF radio, and a sat nav and depth sounder is included. See the picture of it for the model version etc. All with manuals and so. Service history and books for engine and for boat. We believe she is built in 1977/8. And is in very good condition for her year. A little polish wouldn’t hurt to bring her gel coat back to scratch. Currently moored and used in Newhaven, East Sussex and the berth can be purchased with her too if wished. Mooring is circa £2,100 from April to April and the boat can be bought and this added if you would like a ready to sail boat and mooring package so to speak. Please do ask any questions.
