Up for sale is my Leisure 23 Sailing Yacht.The yacht is in excellent condition given its age, it has had many recent upgrades which include:Brand new depth sounderLED Lighting conversionFacility for Diesel HeaterRaymarine ST AutohelmSails are in good useable condition no holes or rips.There is a large dining table which converts per cockpit into large dining area.The yacht is 5 birth capacity – front V birth, small double and aft single.The yacht has recently been taken back to bare on the bilges and 4 coats of neura rust as used by fishing trawlers and the like.The bilges and hull were then fully primed and two coats of anti-foul applied, the yacht has not been back in the water since and so is currently on the hard, launching is not a problem by agreement with the yacht club, basically the yacht is good to go and put your stamp on it.Engine wise there are several options:The first option is a Johnson 6 horse power outboard this is included in the price.Other options are:I have a brand new never been in the water 4 stroke Honda 6 Horse Power which cost me £1,300.00 and this can come with boat by negotiation on price, also I have a single cylinder Volvo Penta Diesel engine good runner and only needs installing and connecting to battery and will start first time also this engine starts on the handle.
