Belo manufactured
(1980s) solid GRP hulls with epoxy coated marine ply topsides / deck
Draft is 0.6m,and
bridge deck clearance 1.2, beam is 4.76m and loaded displacement is approx. 4
tonnes.
The boat has had
major works carried out in August 2022 & this May 2023.
August 2022 works
included:
Full engine
service, new alternator, alternator belt, bronze water pump, oil filter, fuel
filter, morse cables, oil change, silencer fitted,
5 engine hours since service.
Careened and anti-fouled.
New 2 x Leisure
batteries.
2 x windlass foot
buttons fitted.
New cutlass bearing
fitted and prop lifting system repaired.
Navigation lights
repaired led bulbs fitted.
Running rigging
replaced.
Mast winch fitted.
Swimming ladder
fitted.
New shaft anode
fitted.
New hanging anode.
New electric fog
horn.
New compass.
New
fuse/switchboard.
New starboard side
pod led cabin lighting.
New fresh water water pump and water tank.
New Jabsco toilet.
New heads led
lighting.
May 2023 works
included:
Superstructure deck
and both bows ply rot removed and replaced with new marine ply Sikaflex glued
and screwed.
Both hull and
superstructure sanded back and painted with International Toplac.
New Oak rubbing
strip.
Re application of
antifoul.
New shaft anode.
Minor interior
works would enhance further, a blank canvas project for someone with competent
DIY skills.
The catamaran is
now on the market and available to live onboard in comfort, or sail away.
