MacGregor 19 GRP Hull and deck water ballast trailer sailor with drop keel. The boat can function as a planing motorboat while the ballast tank is empty, and as a sailing boat with the tank full. With the tank empty it can reach about 25mph speed.

Comes with two towboards, one newer and one that came with the boat (not tested). You will need to get a number plate matching your towing vehicle.

The boat is in Chepstow and inspections are welcome on request.
Bought July 2006 and used in Cardiff Bay from April 2007 for several years then taken out of the water circa 2012 and remained unused since then. It is clean inside and out. Most cushions are in good condition, but the rear bunk ones perished years ago. The sails are serviceable but are not perfect.
The boat has a 1992 Honda 35hp 4 stroke outboard engine, has been tested in a dustbin and runs fine. Probably needs servicing although it was serviced a few months before it was taken out of the water.
Antifoul paint has been fully redone and all mast ropes have been replaced this year.
It also includes:
1 battery, with fittings for a second if desired.
Two compasses
Two VHF radios, one with DSC, which is connected to the antenna, and a second older one that is not connected.
Comes with inflating life jackets, however they have not been used for a long time and need the gas cylinders changing.
