NOW SALE AGREED – Van de stadt 28. 4 berth sailing yacht. Fin keel 1.5m draft. Extremely well built boat, and will cope with anything thrown at her (weather and water conditions wise), these boats were built in the mid 1970s in Holland and were certainly built to last!Original Bukh DV10 engine. Just serviced. 2 batteries (1 engine, 1 leisure), both new last year. The whole boat was fully serviced in 2019 and has not had much use since.Everything working just great. Engine starts without fail and is extremely reliable. These things run and run and are very economical. Tacho, temperature gauge, oil pressure, fuel gauge, vhf radio. Sail drive too, which is more superior than alternatives (seals done in 2018 at a cost of £580 for the parts alone!). She even has a full tank of diesel currently.Sea toilet, in separate (private) section of boat, front double V berth and 2 separate berths. Galley has gas stove/oven. Sails in great condition. Roller furling and separate (almost new!) spinnaker included as well as main sail. All rigging in great condition. Manual bilge. Solar panel and power management controller installed, shore electric hook up and also 12v inverter included. I will also include the auto pilot, which is worth £400 too.Depth gauge, Garmin navigation, raymarine wind indicator, compass etc all working perfectly. Everything can be shown working.I know this boat inside out so any questions please ask. I would say the only thing that could do with being done is the anti foul as she’s not been out of the water for 2 years. A perfect starter boat which can easily cope with all water conditions. Currently berthed in Hull Marina. The berth is not included or available as I am buying a new boat to keep there. She can be lifted out by the marina for a cost of £175 (they have transport available on the marina too – at a reasonable cost depending on where you’re taking her. I can arrange for a quote if needed), but clearly the easiest thing would be to sail her home!
