Erica is a Pandora 22 mark one. I bought her in May 2019 as a project from Lake Windermere. https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/pandora-mk-iStarted the renovation but had to stop due to my wife’s ill health and work changes, now decided to sell. She needs a complete refit and engine. No trailer, on supports at my home, so you will need crane to move her, she weighs about 1250 kg.I have sanded the hull back and put a base coat on just to protect.Sails and mast are in serviceable condition.Sleeps four, has a sink and foam for front double.Please regard as a complete project and not a quick fix, but would be a great cheap yacht for someone.Buyer to pay by PayPal and collect within one week of purchase.Was previously sold but buyer, never completed purchased or arranged collection.Any questions please ask?
