Built by Robert Ives, the Four-21 is a very sturdy GRP sailing boat, created in the sixties, when they used thick GRP so extremely solid boats!
Myfanwy has served us well for 4 years, and we are now upgrading to a larger boat. She helped us get confident in our sailing abilities, as she’s a sturdy solid boat.
With her bilge keels she’s great to dry out in rivers, in harbours and on beaches. Great for fishing or swimming fun.
Top sides painted this winter, anti fouled and lying in Solva Harbour (Visitor Mooring available for this season!) and is ready to sail!
She’s had a few outings already this year and is solid as ever, we’ve had the opportunity to buy a larger boat though to go for longer trips.
Myfanwy is great for day sailing and short overnight trips. We’ve enjoyed anchoring in Little Haven, mooring in North Haven, Skomer and many trips in St Brides Bay. She has however also ventured to Brittany and back, just not with us!
