Aredeco Delph 24ft fin keel sailing boat with rolling Genoa so can be sailed single handed.Built in the 1980,s with 4 berths, sink and heads. Comes with nearly new Tohatsu 6hp 4 stroke long shaft outboard worth approx £400 on it’s own . Recently improved internal seating and headlining.
Sails really well as built for racing and well balanced with large foresail. Limited headroom in the cabin but have stayed overnight so adequate for day and weekend sailing.
Mast and stays in good condition as are sails .Would recommend new back stay pulley and replacing engine mount block. One of the brakes and one pulley may need replacing however never impeded sailing as for spinnaker which never used. Watertight and dry with usual occasional drips etc for a boat of this age. No electrics but wiring and battery in place for refurbishment . Has been moored and sailed on Lake Windermere for a number of years and has proven its weather resistance. Only selling due to house move hence low price.
