Very easy to tow, you just need some straps to hold it on to the trailer.It has been on the water now for 2 years. Last anti fouled 2 years ago.Mast on a pivoting mount as it is on the broads. It is a one man job or easier with 2 to get the mast down. It is not heavy and you just let it down slowly as you walk back along the top deck. You just need to undo the front stay and the 2 forward side stays, then one bolt at the base of the mast and it comes down easily.It is presently on my mooring at Martham but needs to be gone within the next 10 days as I have a new boat coming.After 10 days it is coming out of the water onto the trailer, so you can either take it away on the water before then or drive it away on the trailer after that. But it must go ASAP.We sailed it a few times last year, but just have not used it enough to justify keeping a sailing boat.It is very dry inside, no hull leaks or leaks from the keel bolts.New rear deck hull drain valves fitted 2 years ago.New fiberglass cockpit deck (and 18mm ply under it) fitted 2 years ago, meaning the boat is dry and the cockpit is self draining.It will need the mast tracks and pulleys greasing before you will get the sails up fully. One of the joys of living near the sea and in clean air where as the lichen love to grow.It could do with a top side paint as the lichen loves that too.It has a Boat Safety certificate till April 2025The broads toll is paid till March 2024. Which will be transferred over to you. So all you need to do is insure it and your all covered as far as the broads authority are concerned.Or drive it away on the trailer and use it wherever you want.Payment by bank transfer or cash preferred.If you can not take it away within the allotted time scale then please do not bid.
