The boat is currently on a trailer which is not part of the sale. A trailer suitable for a stub keel boat of 22 ft. Will be required to collect from Sticklepath near Okehampton.Offers invited. Please note the boat is advertised locally and elsewhere.The boat has a sink/gas cooker, fully plumbed sea toilet with bronze sea cocks new in 2015. The boat needs a few jobs to bring it back to its 2015 condition, but nothing major.The Honda 5hp longshaft outboard was new in 2015 and total hours are about 50. Controlled from the cockpit allows for easy steering and control without the need to operate the engine directly. The large boom tent completely encloses the cockpit and allows the cockpit to be used in poor weather when tied alongside or at anchor. Boom tent is as new….Accessories include: Garmon GPS hand held …with charts and anchor alarm.More photos to follow. Additional images of Pelagic at Queen Ann Battery, Plymouth, were taken in 2018 and show Pelagic’ maroon dodgers and boom tent all new at the time.As previously discussed, there are some jobs that want doing to bring it back to its former glory as it has been out of the water for nearly 3 years. Jobs include:exterior woodwork (rubbing strake, tiller, washboards hardwood cockpit rail, all need varnishing. The cockpit paintwork needs a good deep cleaning and polishing.The hull is clean but would look even better with a good polishing. Inside, a few finishing trims to the headlining are needed and a small area of headlining needs refixings.There is a part roll of the headlining material left over from the refurb; which comes with the boat.The gas bottle needs new straps to hold it in place in the cockpit locker.The small battery included in the sale, could ideally be exchanged for a larger leisure battery and fixed into a battery box or similar.There is no water tank on the boat but a flexible tank could easily be installed underneath the sink/cooker area. The waste pipe from the sink is currently connected to an overboard.The cockpit hatch needs a securing catch.The boat is on my driveway. The drive can accommodate a suitable trailer to take the boat away. the old trailer the boat is currently stored on is not functional, so ideally bring a trailer with a winch, so the boat can be pulled onto the trailer.The boat’s lightship weight is 900kg. it would advise bringing a trailer that is just big enough to accommodate the 22 ft boat and not bring a really long one, as it will be difficult to manoeuvre in the driveway.Any questions or queries please ask.
