Model: Hunter 30 Half share in 30ft sailing yacht. I am not interested in selling outright looking for a local partner to share costs/benefits.Also happy to do a quarter share pro rata if more appealing.The boat is moored near Eling Mill, Southampton, viewings welcome by arrangement.The terms will be agreeable so we can arrange the time split by every other week. I have my son who is too young to sale every other week so cannot use the boat. Cost of mooring for the share will be around £330 per year. Could do with a spruce up for summer.Easy maintenance/cleaning will be bought in by mutual agreement or volunteered. Boat now has a new dingy and 3.5hp outboard useful for mooring. Some bits we need to sort:- – Some of the windows have minor leaks however I think an easy fix with a bit of sealing which I will do over coming months. – Engine due servicing, could probably leave mid summer as runs ok.- Foresail furler temperamental and sail could probably do with a service. – Needs a good re fresh for summer.
