Acquired in early 2021 and selling due to lack of time to sail.  The previous owner had the boat over thirty years with full records available on work, surveys and maintenance.  I have replaced all Standing rigging, Furling Jib, Lazy Jacks and Stack Pack, Spraydeck, water pump on engine, alternator bracket, starter motor and sea cocks for toilet and sink.  Over £8000 spent on these upgrades with full receipts available. All work carried out by professional boatyard in Southwold, invoices available to view.Brand new upholstery which cost £5500.  The accomodation is clean and tidy with new curtains (navy and white striped). Sink, toilets and water all in good order with new seacocks levers fitted.  A full professional re upholster was completed by a professional boat upholstery company in Norfolk April 2022.  The boat has not been slept in so all upholstery is still brand new. Brand new outdoor bench cushions made by the same company, covered in Navy Vogue fabric. Total cost paid for this is £5500, a copy of the invoice can be seen, this boat comfortably sleeps 5/6.Currently in the water at Wells-next-the-Sea in North Norfolk. For easy viewing the current mooring has jetty access with electric and water.The engine was fully winterised and commissioned for Summer 2022 in May this year. I kept her out of the water for Winter 2021/2022, whilst in the boatyard the hull was cleaned and anti fouled.I sailed the boat from Southwold to Wells Next The Sea and she was perfect.  Garmin GPS in cabin and fully working.  Waypoints plotted from Lowestoft to Wells Next the Sea and used on journey.  Outside cockpit has compass and secondary wind/ speed plotter.   Volvo engine fitted in 2017.I paid £18,000 and have the significant upgrades take the boat to over £32,000.
