Odette is a Swan, a 42 I believe. She is a prototype blue water racer. Exterior is immaculate and all the rigging and sails are in good condition. She needs the interior refitted, by that I mean built ! There are no soft furnishings or table etc and the galley and heads need most of the fittings.Inside your kind of starting with a blank canvas, although all the bulkheads and linings, including insulation, are in place. All the lighting is led with their own switches and a master switch. The navionics are more ‘state of the Ark than state of the art’ but they are B+G and the plotter is updatable. Someone will, once they have finished the interior, have a remarkable vessel. A move for me forces a sale. She is on a hard standing here at the marina and the continuation of that could be negotiated. There are also very good boat transporters in the area.Having said that, if your prepared to put up with the lack of facilities inside, she could be motored / sailed away – the hoist to the water is included in the sail. 1 lift only ! When finished this is a very valuable boat.
