1979 Westerly Berwick Bilge Keel with Wheel Steering.
This
fine example of a solidly built Westerly has the advantage of the wood interior
upgrade unlike most normal Berwick’s and gives the boat the feel of a classic
wooden boat inside.
She is a lovely yacht to sail and is well set up for single
handed sailing with everything accessible from the cockpit including a remote
controlled electric windless and upgraded Lewmar self-tailing winches.
There
have been many additions to this yacht over the years and has recently had a
new binnacle compass, new sterling power pro charge ultra 30a charger/powerpack, new fridge and evaporator and diesel hot air heating.
