Currently in Galmpton boatyard, near Brixham, South Devon, England, having been professionally antifouled & keel treated & painted 

Price includes peaceful & private trot mooring on the beautiful Dartmouth Kiln Gate prepaid next 12 months. Nature on one side, estuary on the other, tender can be easily brought alongside.

Bought as a project up to do up following losing my partner. Now my own ill health forces extremely reluctant sale. She is a solid reliable WESTERLY CIRRUS craft fin keel, complete with all sails, rigging, ropes etc.  Fitted with Volvo Penta MD2001 onboard engine which turns over freely. 

Built by Westerly Yachts and designed by well respected yacht designer John Butler, Westerly Marine sailing craft are renowned for their high quality build and craftsmanship and are ideal for long distance, pottering or staying put. This is an incredibly reluctant sale due to ill health. I bought her last year as a project following losing the love of my life to cancer, pulled her out of the water & worked on her all year, then received my own cancer diagnosis in October and I just haven’t got the time or the energy to keep her. She’s a super boat with bags of potential. 

I’ve ordered a new wooden tiller to be hand made as it needed replacing badly which is being made by the joiners on site at the yard, (cost included)

She’s been antifouled late Summer. Last full survey 2012. 

Easily transported by road, easy to haul, easy to store in yard, bottom accessible without hoist. 

Boat price includes idyllic trot mooring on River Dart paid upto early Summer 2025. (Continuation agreed). 24/7 water taxi runs at £1, plus a very good condition Honwave T27 super fast inflatable rig with fully working Suzuki 2.5 HP engine for coastal exploration and ship to shore purposes, is included in the price. 

She is currently in Galmpton boatyard awaiting new tiller, and new sink (already purchased) to be fitted and plumbed in all of which will be paid for or will be knocked off price if you prefer to take that over.
