For sale is our 1979 Westerly gK29 half ton Sailing Yacht. We have owned this yacht since 2009 and now own a larger boat so needs to go. We are selling this boat as a Project as it’s needs some work to the structure below the floor. (Common westerly fault). We’ve just had a inspection by a surveyor which suggested the floor structure needs repair. We can provide details and photos of areas that need attention. We would not recommend this boat is used before this work is carried out. The boat is currently ashore at deacons in hamble River. Viewings welcome to genuine enquires. The boat has been well maintained in our ownership, we have just put a new beta 20hp engine in last year. Hull has had osmosis treatment professionally repaired. Standing rigging was replaced a few years ago. Please note photos were taken last year prior to boat being lifted. Boat does need tidying cosmetically. New cooker in photos available by separate negotiation. Boat comes with 1 mainsail 2 furling jibs and 2 kites with all sheets. We have lots more photos available and can send to interested buyers.
