I expect the eventual buyer to either have already sailed one of these, or perhaps be a dinghy or catamaran sailor moving on, or a bigger yacht owner trading down, or an older person wanting to still sail but with more comfort and less moving about. Or perhaps a newcomer to sailing who really appreciates what this boat has to offer. Whoever buys will certainly have looked at all the You Tube video’s and will probably have some experience of sailing.
Boat is a good family boat with plenty of room for adults and children. Almost impossible to capsize. Boat is CE registered, category ‘C’ –
Category C – Inshore: is for boats operating in coastal waters and large bays and lakes with winds to Force 6, up to 27 knots, and significant seas 7 feet high.

Unpacked mid 2018 and extensively modified for single handed sailing but easily returned to original condition.
