Jaguar 22 Yacht. In its day the most popular small yacht worldwide.  In USA branded as Catalina’s and in Australia as Boomeroos. It has a swing keel with bilge plates.  The keel winch needs to be adjusted as the wire scraps on the rear of the drum.This yacht was moored on the River Crouch for most of its life and then spent 10 years out of the water in a Norfolk garden.  I have had her for 6 years at Wells-next-the-Sea.She needs TLC, a good powerwash clean and antifouling.The mainsail is from a flying fifteen which fits well and is in good condition.  She came with such a sail but old so I replaced it.  The Genoa is old and has a tear on the luff but still works ok.  There is a newish jib/genoa which may fit but I have not tried it.I am not sure of age so have put 1970 as ebay needs an age specified.The is a plough anchor with plenty of chain.  An A-Frame helps with lowering the mast.The starboard lifeline wire is missing.Inside she has a portapotti 9neverused) under forward port bunk. She is 4 berth with the dinette table lowering to make a double and a double in the forepeak.  Lovely cushions, deep and comfortable material but not original.  Original sliding sink unit is present and fits away under starboard cockpit seat,  Deep spacious lockers in cockpit.An 8hp 2 stroke Tohatsu engine is available by separate negotiation and not included in the auction sale  I paid £850 2 years ago and only used it for 1 hour so looking for £600.The outboard bracket works but the wood could do with being replaced.The boat is currently out of the water at Wells-next-the-Sea on the North Norfolk Coast.  A mooring may be available by negotiation with the harbourmasters office.  She needs to be launched or moved by 30th April.This is an old boat so if you want something new and shiny please do  not bid.  You are bidding to buy and payment to be made via Bank transfer, cheque or cash please within 7 days of auction end.  Viewing recommended.
