Yacht classic vintage one design keelboat. Hull no 387 built 1964. Late Borresen built Olympian boat of that year & raced until the early 1990’s at Cowes etc. Royal Patronage of similar Dragon.
Dragon 29 hull number 387 by Borresen Denmark. Olympic contender of 1964 build & games. Late ultra-rare varnished oak on elm with a profusion of lovely mahogany.
Utterly gorgeous to behold. Beautifully streamline unique shear lines & no slouch. Evocative of Cowes heydays; raced with distinction in the early 90’s. Her majesty the Queen & Phil had one as wedding gift from Island Sailing Club 194. Enough said!
