This is my second Seal and I have to say what a brilliant roomy and safe family Cruiser these boats are. The forward cabin can sleep two and there are two bunks in the main cabin ( I extended the width of the starboard bunk to give more room).There is a further two bunks in the Aft cabin although we used it for storage. We have sailed her all along the south coast in some quite rough weather and she has handled really well.She has a Lifting Keel and Rudder so only draws 2′ 9″ when lifted and 4′ 11″ dropped, ideal for shallow water inlets etc. I added a very expensive Nemo CR Roller Reefing System which is very very smooth.We have added a Raymarine Radar with Chart Plotter. This has two display monitors one in the cabin and the second one in the cockpit ( instruction books included). Also there is a Clipper Depth Sounder/ Compass/ VHF Radio/.there is a fitting for Raymarine Auto Helm 1000 in the cockpit with plug socket and control panel to stern battery. The two main batteries are supplemented by a 100watt solar panel and regulator which keeps them topped very well when not motoring or just moored. The Aft battery, we use to run any other devices and the autohelm. This is charged by another Solar Panel with a regulator (50watt).This keeps it really well topped up. The toilet works and pumps well The Rolling Mainsail is in good condition, as is the newly adapted Genoa which fits the Nemo Roller Reefing. Anchor with chain leading to chain locker. The Plastimo Neptune two Burner/Grill/Oven is clean and works well. There are numerus sheets/warps fenders/boathook/smoke detector/fire extinguisher etc included. Fitted cushions for either cockpit or aft cabin.Tender with small trailer rowlocks/ paddles.Beta Marine 14 hp inboard diesel, just serviced and starts instantly. We have spent over £2000 having the engine and gearbox removed, new shaft fitted, stern gland repacked, engine bearer ,exhaust system, antisyphone valve, gearbox output flange, Alternator plus belt, impeller I have all the invoices.Currently we have a very convenient mooring on a buoy in Chichester Harbour near Birdham and chains for the tender. These are payed up until the end of March 2022. Also a car parking ticket payed until March 2022 at the mooring.These could be transferred to the new owner. The Harbour Master has confirmed this to me and I can find out the additional cost of this if required.Both have Harbour Dues paid until next season. I will be getting many more photos on Monday so can send them on if needed.I do have her for sale elsewhere so if reserve not met may end the auction.
