This Snapdragon 23 triple keel sailing yacht had new Beta 12hp engine and gearbox, new exhaust and other new parts fitted a few years ago and has only had 40 to 50 hours use since then and it was left unused for a couple of years. It sails well and sits upright on the mud. It comes with an a sea toilet, some new foam in the bunks and an automatic bilge pump. Good battery usually starts first time.
