Hi welcome to my auction for
a 14ft Stingray Plancraft Speedboat Complete with Trailer.
I am selling the Stingray on
behalf of my son Darren.
As you will see from the
photo’s this is being sold as an unfinished restoration project and is sold as
seen.
Stingray is approximately 5ft
6inches wide.
A new high grade stainless
steel Transom has been fitted into the fibreglass body.
Stingray does NOT come with an engine.
The junk seen inside the boat
in the photographs will be removed before you purchase (unless you want it,
then it’s yours, for free).
Lack of finance’s has
prevented the project from commencing any further forward unfortunately, the
garage seen in front of her is being sold and Darren does not have anywhere
else to store her, so it is with great reluctance that he has to abandon all
dreams of completing her.
The boat is located near
Uckfield, East Sussex and you are most welcome to come and view it by
appointment. Darren can be available most afternoons on weekday’s and anytime
at the weekend. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to message me
and I will, if I can, answer as soon as possible if not I will contact Darren
and get the answer from him which may take a bit longer as I am unable to get
hold of him whilst he is at work.
Stingray and trailer have
been sitting in the same position seen in the photos for approximately 3 years.
The trailer appears to be in good condition and road worthy however I recommend
an inspection before driving away.
The Trailer alone is worth a
few hundred pounds therefore together with Stingray a low start price of £199 is a bargain.
It will be your
responsibility to tow them away.
