Hello,Thank you for looking at my auction/s. Due to an unexpected loss of storage space and divorce, I am in the process of disposing of a large number of my toys – namely vehicles (cars, bikes, boats) and other collectable possessions.  Please check out my other auctions, as well as my feedback (almost 20 years with Ebay). 

This auction is for ‘HALEY’ – tiny, gorgeous lines, rapid… google Haley Cope – you’re welcome 😉 HullShe’s a rare, high-performance Driver 500!!! Cut & paste this link for a LOT more info on Driver Boats:https://www.facebook.com/groups/DriverBoats/The hull is in very good/excellent condition for its age, there is no damage or anything to affect its performance that I can see.  The bottom has been anti-fouled, but it could probably do with a re-coat at some stage at the end of this season. She’s fitted with a robust ski/tow bar, which we had used a god few times last year at our compound (I work out of Horsea Island, near Port Solent – 1000m long artificial lake, former torpedo testing facility).  Seats are in good condition, with some of the stitching giving way, the gauges are present and most working (some aren’t connected), the steering/controls are light and working fine. She’s carpeted throughout. EngineThis is Yamaha’s almighty, venerable, bulletproof 90hp two-stroke – loads of folks back home in Oz will argue that this is the best outboard engine ever made.  Yamaha actually still makes and sells them new, however due to EPA/pollution laws it’s to commercial users only.  She’s fitted with an expensive, stainless steel Quicksilver II prop. It was fully serviced (inc impeller etc) at the end of last season as a favour my boat section (full time 4-man department) and dry stored since, until about a month ago when I wheeled her out into the sunshine again.  She was serviced again last week by a marine engineer to ensure the hydraulics, steering and engine were working perfectly – which they all are.  She has been taken out on the water at work this week and I’ve posted a video on youtube (with link here).  The bungee on the engine cover is purely to hold a high-viz cloth in transport – the cover locks down securely with its integral two latches. Trailer It is a high quality, heavy duty and fully galvanised one – it could actually take a far longer boat, so Haley’s light weight and size is not even noticeable on it. The bearings/brakes have been recently checked over – it will tow anywhere in the country you wish to go.  The only disappointing thing is that somebody else on the island decided they wanted the spare wheel. I will try and locate another, but as it stands she’s being auctioned off without one. You will need your own light board only – she comes strapped down, ready to tow… AccessoriesShe comes with a battery, old style fuel tank, 2 x BRAND NEW 5 Gal commercial fuel tanks and brand new fuel line, ski tow rope and an awesome inflatable Ski Hawk/donut.
