The V6 135 Mercury Black Max was built in 1991 engine number OC 290795. The entire boat with trailer was purchased in 1992. In 2020 the boat and engine were completely renovated from the hull up. The boat is fantastic, has lots of power, has always driven effortlessly and is very smooth. It’s a real head turner for a day boat and has lots of room, 5 seats. The front bucket seats spin round, which is great when anchored, or to watch a skier. A few more sensors have been added to monitor the engine along with a sound system and 12v/USB charging. Due to the immense power of the V6 135 Black Max, which has only 600 hours running times, it easily pulls several skiers and gets on a plane withing seconds. A ski pole is provided along with skis, donut and durable cover. Fletcher have recently started re-making this boat, at a cost of £35-40K. If you want a classic looking with smart lines, fun, safe and reliable day ski/speed boat then this is a great option. Having owned it for over 30 years, I am very sad to put it up for sale, but it’s now time for her to have another journey.
