hantom 21 Mk1 For sale RUM RUNNER. Phantom 21 1984/85 original Steve Baker. We bought the boat in October 2022 as a restoration project thinking we would take it to the coast this summer. As we’ve got another ski boat that we use on fresh water we haven’t had time to get to the coast with the Phantom and have decided to let it go, ready for someone to have fun and enjoy this classic boat. Everything we have done to the boat has been to try and keep it original as possible keeping it as the classic British boat it should be. It’s has got a few marks around it but only what can be expected of a boat this age.
