Welcome to our page for the sale of our
very unique and beautiful Scand Dynamic 1100 Powerboat/Yacht. She is a great
powerboat, easy to handle with twin outdrives and can turn on a sixpence. The
luxury deck space is absolutely incredible. Beautiful white leather seats which
look amazing and seating for 13 people with ease. The deck has a cocktail bar,
sink with hot and cold water and a fridge. Coloured lights also fitted around
the interior of the boat which look amazing at night. There is also a new
diesel heater fitted on the deck with two outlets so its lovely and warm. Also
fitted with cameras on deck to keep an eye on her front and back when you
aren’t there. Brand new black canvas cover which was recently installed and the
use of zips instead of clips makes it so easy to remove. The cabin has a ten
seater V shape seating area with a table and also a television fitted to the
wall with aerial. Lots of cupboard space around the seating area. The galley
has a small fridge/freezer which is fantastic and a sink with hot and cold
water and new taps fitted. Again lots of cupboard space and electric sockets
which have USB ports. All windows are fitted with curtains.

It has a lovely toilet complete with shower
and sink both with hot and cold running water and lots of cupboard space.

This boat runs like a dream and gets up to
35 knots on open water with ease.

 This is a very rare and very beautiful
boat. Fantastic for impressing clients, impressing friends and family or for
just enjoying yourself. So much deck space is very rare. This is a beautiful
boat overall.

 Boat details:

 The superstructure consists of the forward
cabin, aft sleeping cabin (sits under cockpit deck), cockpit, aft deck area and
foredeck. There are 4 berths below, also extra double under canopy.

Separate heads and shower compartment. The
aft section of the cockpit can accommodate 10 around the drop-in table, a
fridge-equipped wet bar amidships, as well as plenty of helm space. The
below-decks accommodation comprises a convertible U-shaped seating area, a
decent-sized heads fitted with sink and shower, a galley, and an under-sole
cabin all of which is in a clean and tidy condition. The under-sole cabin is
open plan with limited headroom, though the bed itself is large. The galley has
a fridge/freezer, and adequate storage. The area around the galley and heads
has plenty of headroom.

The hull is of GRP construction and was
anti-fouled in September 2021. The legs have been recently cleaned and treated
with Trilux. The aluminium propellers, which are of a duo configuration per
side are in good order and have been cleaned up and painted.

Masses of outside space – great for sun
lounging and entertaining with friends or family.

Antifouled and anodes all replaced in
September 2021

Electrical / Nav equipment

The vessel runs on 12V or via 230V shore
power via the invertor. The main electrical switch and fuse panels are in the
cockpit and are very well marked. The vessel is fitted with 3 x Excide Leisure
Batteries which provide power for engine starting and 12V systems. The vessel
is currently fitted with a Standard Horizon VHF DSC radio with GPS and AIS,
Original fit Depth / Echo sounder, Hummingbird overside fish finder, GPS unit,
Navigation lights, electric whistle/ horn and searchlight all of which are in
good order.

Additional electrical equipment fitted
include: Pioneer Stereo, Simpson Lawrence Anchor Windlass, Electric Hydraulic
Trim Tabs, Aft deck freezer / Ice Machine & Fridge, Fridge in galley, Deck
Wash pump.

Engines:

The vessel is propelled by 2 x Volvo Penta AD41
200HP diesel engines. These are coupled to Volvo Penta duo-prop outboard drives
/ legs. Current engine hours are as follows: Port – 673 Starboard – 696 These
units have a significant service history with accompanying paperwork. Access to
the engines is excellent with particularly good access all around with the
large deck hatches lifting.

Fire Fighting & LSA Equipment

There are 1 x 2kg dry powder portable fire
extinguisher and fire blanket in the main cabin as well as 1 x 5kg Fireblitz
Automatic clean agent extinguisher in the engine space. She is also fitted with
a horseshoe lifebuoy which has a light attached.

Freshwater System, Waste, Toilet and
Plumbing.

There is one freshwater tank with a
capacity of 160 litres capacity. The vessels freshwater and water heating
system consisting of plastic push fit piping and rubber hose which is in good
condition. The vessel is fitted with a hot water calorifier / immersion heater
to provide this which is in good order. The water can be heated via the
starboard engine or when plugged into shore power.

The water system provides water to one
shower on the aft dive platform, one on the aft deck port side, sink portside
on the aft deck, ice maker, sink in galley, sink in bathroom and shower in
bathroom.

The vessel is fitted with 12V pumps to
provide the water to the galley, bathroom, shower, and back deck.

Fuel System:

There is one fuel tank fitted which is of
stainless-steel construction and firmly installed with a capacity of 700
litres. Access to the tank and isolation valves is gained via the forward
midships compartment and deck access.

Ground Tackle:

The vessel is equipped with a stainless
steel 8kg Bruce anchor which is locked into the bow forward in the stowed
position with a removable locking T-bar. The Simpson Lawrence Windlass is 12V
and is in good order.

Hatches, Cabin portlights and portholes:

The vessel is fitted with two sun hatch /
tempered glass hatches above the forward cabin. Oval Cabin portlights
(windows), of which there are three of each side on the forward hull. The
flying bridge / cockpit window which wraps around the cockpit is in good order
with no cracks or damage. The vessel has recently been fitted with a new aft
cockpit canvas cover which is in exceptional condition.

Survey:

The full survey was done in October 2021 of
which you can inspect –

This survey has found “Libby Rose” to be in
the whole structurally sound and a very good example of a the rare Scand
Dynamic 1100. It is clear that the vessel has been looked after well in periods
of its life, but the recent work, money and effort put into by the current
owners has totally transformed the vessel.
