I’m Selling my Speed boat as I have got into sailing and I’m not using it. Engine is an ex-RNLI lifeboat engine. Tuned up and serviced – has only done about 5 hours since last service. Impeller, spark plugs, Transmission oil and fuel filter replaced. Engine has power lift in full working order – happy to send a video of it working. Depth Gauge works. It is quick up onto the plane with the two stroke engine and will do about 40knots. Hull is a rough weather racing design – Possibly ring speedboat. Engine sounds completely different in the water. Not so loud and a deeper tone.I bought her as a project boat. I’ve had two good summers messing about with her and she’s a lot of fun. She is mechanically and structurally sound. I’d just started to restore her orange hull when I was offered a sailing boat I’d always liked. This means I have restored most of the gel coat down one side but I haven’t started in the other side. She could do with a paint or a day to restore her gelcoat etc. She’s ready to hit the water but would benefit from a good clean. It has been sat in my friends wood over winterComes with; almost 20L of marine grade Smith and Allen 2T TC-W3 2 stroke oil + Almost a full tank of premixed fuel (about 40L). Also a fire extiguisher. It’s currently stored in The Forest of Dean so I will need to arrange any viewings or collecting well in advance. I live in Bristol
