Hi guys,Here is my 1996 Sportique water ski boat that I have owned for 6 years now, having owned a 20ft XLS in the past with my dad, I will say they are 100% worth it. The 16ft is a great starter boat and does everything it should like other boats on the market but for a fraction of the coat.These boats were built in Lincolnshire by a lovely family run business but in 2014 the Mum & Dad retired so their son Sam has formed Keeton Marine, so all good for spares or service parts.The boat has age related marks, i.e. the seats are not the prettiest but do the job as you would expect being 28 years old. It has a 350hp 5.7l v8 EFI merCruiser engine that runs on LPG or petrol; as you can see in the picture, I’ve taken the gas tank out and put a forklift bottle in its place as the lake we used didn’t have LPG on site but I did at home. I still have the LPG tank in my lock up which I can fit back or leave as it is but the tank will be in the sale. Also in the sale is the high pole for wakeboarding; I did make this as it was a lot cheaper than the proper ones and easier then a monster tower. The engine has 900+ hours on the clock but never missed a beat, serviced and winterised every season. The boat as perfect pass; if your not familiar with its basically cruise control for boats or what i like to call it is the relationship saver! It has a new cover also. I’ve refurbished all 3 wheels and put new tyres on; the bearings are not that old and sound and feel ok.Any serious buyers, water test can be available.Thanks for looking!
